We will never pass on any of your details to third parties without your permission.

All information that we collect for sales and marketing purposes will only be used to improve the service that we offer our customers and will not be used to identify or target individuals.

Our website uses industry standard encryption technology that ensures all details submitted are safe. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen of the checkout form, a padlock symbolises that our checkout form is completely secure and that your information is protected.

Deliveries

At present we dispatch all orders through First Class Royal Mail Post from the United Kingdom.

Please inspect merchandise on receipt. Should you have any problems, or if your goods are damaged in any way, please notify us immediately.

If you are not delighted with the goods you receive from us, we can offer a refund, exchange or replacement, provided goods are returned within 14 days and in original condition. Unfortunately we cannot exchange products that have been used or opened.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards for online payments. Mail order purchases can be made by cheque, postal order or by debit and credit card.

Card payments will be deducted from your account when your order is confirmed online, by phone or in writing. Goods will be despatched once cheques are cleared for payment by the bank.

Please note that once your order is accepted by us it becomes a legally binding contract.
